  • Shipped as a PWA so customers can install the shop on their phones.

  • Owned the backend for live vending operations—machines, users, products, payments, and admin.
  • Auth, payment gateway, and realtime machine monitoring the ops team depends on.
  • Worked with frontend so APIs and data flow stayed stable after handover.
